And again the plot thickens, a nasty lump to the head causing amnesia? No, there would be evidence of such a blow...and as far as she went physically, there was nothing one would call damaged, at least externally anyway. Maybe psychological trauma? Possible, but unlikely, given that she seemed so comfortable near him despite his appearance and her lack of physical protection. Of course that didn't mean it wasn't psychological, after all the world was a hard place and a creature of such exotic beauty would be sought after by many for purposes quite nefarious for the most part. He knew, in fact, that his owner had a small "stable" of women at his beck and call which besides using for his sexual needs he used as maids and regularly punished quite harshly for minor acts of transgression...though he did that to most of the "lesser" creatures in his employ.
