Kim was slowly starting to forget his worries around this girl. Aside from the whole blood-drinking thing, she acted like any other girl, he supposed. Which was why it was strange that he was feeling okay around her. Usually he was fidgety or cruel around other people, even women. He waved his hand dismissively at her apology. "I feel fine. A little light-headed, but fine nonetheless," he told her lightly. He only smiled at her thanks, and it was another moment before he spoke again. "You know...you're not so bad," he told her. He realized in the next moment she might've taken that the wrong way, and hurriedly moved to correct himself. "W-what I mean is...well, I've never really been too fond of others. Even when I had the chance to go out and meet people, I...I tried not to," he admitted. "I've never had a very bright outlook on what others would treat me like, but...but you're okay," he said, looking off to the side with a small bit of blush. He honestly felt embarrassed for saying something like that. It sounded cheesy and pathetic, really. He hoped she wouldn't make fun of him for it. It was bad enough he'd practically just spilled his guts to her, but he'd be even more embarrassed if she actually made fun of him because of it. He didn't even know what drove him to say that.
