Braith noticed that Kim was surprised to hear her describe what happened, confirming that what she said was true. "Yeah, thought so. Look, you really need to try and relax, alright?" she asked with a sigh, sounding like he was making a big deal out of nothing. In her eyes, of course, that's exactly what he was doing. Still, she was trying to be understanding, seeing as how he came from a world where no such creatures existed. "Vampires are very instinctive, and might get a craving for blood just by smelling it, especially at Morinda's age." the young girl explained, saying that age had something to do with Morinda's behavior. "Now, I wouldn't know personally... But I've heard that human blood is the most delicious thing a vampire could ever find." Braith said. Kim was a special case it seemed, which would explain Morinda's uncontrollable urge the previous night. "And vampires, well... They get a lot of grief from society. Most creatures have a way of working around their diets. Carnivores can just eat animals, for example, right? Well vampires can only get proper nutrition from blood, and it's not like random people like getting the life sucked out of them, as I'm sure you're aware." the girl explained with a frown. "Morinda probably hadn't had a good meal in days, and I guess your human blood set her off." Braith summarized with a shrug.
