Sylvia gladly waved back, letting Mavis lead Kim out of the room. Apparently, Sylvia's bedroom was connected with the shop, as Kim was lead into a delightful room filled with exotic flowers. They were definitely strange-looking, but were nice and colorful, pleasing to the eye just as flowers were in the human world. Braith and Morinda followed as well, and soon they were all outside in the city once more. "Don't freak out, or anything. Most people here, um... Won't know who you are." she said, still keeping the fact that he was human a secret. Still, according to her, Kim wouldn't be found out if he minded his own business.

After walking for several minutes, the four arrived back at the foot of the hill, where the Hocus mansion stood proud. Really, it wasn't so scary once you got a good look at it. It still looked kind of like a haunted house, but it wasn't all that bad compared to the human depictions of a witch's lair. "Morinda, you can come inside with us. We'll leave you two in the foyer while we have a talk. Braith, go wait in your room." Mavis said. Braith just rolled her eyes and dragged her feet as she entered the mansion, immediately heading down the hall to her room. "You two just wait here, alright? You can look around if you want to." Mavis said with a smile before following Braith. "Just don't go through the large door upstairs, okay?" she said, giving Kim a single rule to follow.

Just like that, Kim and Morina were left alone. The girl was obviously trying not to stare at him now that there were no other distractions, but since it was only making things awkward, she decided to speak up. "... Is it bad?" she asked, not giving a very clear question. "The cut, I mean. It's not bad, is it?" she asked, pointing at his arm.
